Returns Policy

By agreeing to use the Brusco Dios exchanges portal and/or initiating a request for the purchase of product(s) on the portal, you agree to be bound by the terms contained in this policy without modification. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this policy, you are advised not to transact on bruscodios.com.
Please note that we may, from time to time, change the terms of the policy that govern your return, refund, or cancellation of an order for products on bruscodios.com. Every time you wish to use the portal, please check the policy to ensure you understand the terms and conditions that apply at that time.


1. Exchanges & Returns

We offer exchanges and returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. Once your exchange/return request has been accepted by our team, a notification will be sent to your registered email, and your order will be picked up by our logistics partner within 24–48 hours. Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier partner is unable to pick up the shipment, you will have to send the shipment back to the warehouse address. Reverse pick-up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin-code.

Please note that once your order has been received at the warehouse, it will go through a quality check. Once approved, your exchange/return request will be processed further. The estimated delivery of all exchange requests is between 7–10 working days. Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped.

If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, we will not proceed with the request. If issues still persist, kindly drop us an email with your name and order ID at info@bruscodios.com. We are available Monday–Saturday between 11:00 AM–7:00 PM. All pending queries will be resolved on priority within 24 hours.


2. Cancellation of Orders

Cancellations are only permitted on COD (Cash on Delivery) orders and only if the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse. All prepaid orders are final. We do not offer any cancellations or refunds. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

For COD order returns, refunds will not be credited to your bank account. Instead, the refund will be issued in the form of store credit points, which can be used for future purchases on bruscodios.com.


3. Exchange/Return Conditions

You may initiate the request for an exchange/return of a product if:

  • The product does not fit.

  • The product and/or shipping package has been damaged.

  • The product is defective.

  • Parts of the product or accessories are missing.

You can exchange/return the product(s) purchased from us provided the product(s) satisfy the following mandatory conditions:

  • The product has not been worn, cleaned, or tampered with by you.

  • The brand tags, original packaging material, and accompanying accessories are intact and not altered, damaged, or discarded by you.

  • The product is not tailored unless proven to have a vendor defect.

  • The return is being initiated against the order under which it was bought, and the product matches our records.

  • There is no foul odor, perfume, stains, dents, scratches, tears, or damage on the product.

  • The product(s), if bought as a set, should be exchanged as a complete set.

  • Products returned should be in unused, undamaged, unwashed, and saleable condition.

  • We are satisfied that the product has not been rendered defective or unusable.

Return of purchased products is facilitated through our reverse-logistics partners. On receipt of a request for return of a product on bruscodios.com and the same being duly acknowledged by us, our reverse-logistics partners may get in touch with you to collect the purchased products from you.

We reserve the right to reject the exchange/return request for a product if it does not satisfy the aforementioned conditions.
